Return Policy

All products have to be unused and in their original packages, tagged with original labels. They have to be in brand-new condition.

Return policy is valid:

  • for products when the buyer is not satisfied with the ordered product. The handling fee can be applied when a product is returned for other reasons, aside from the quality one.
  • when the buyer receives an incorrect product. The buyer can either exchange it or request a full refund. The buyer needs to contact Customer Services asking for an exchange or refund within 7 days from the moment they received an item. Exceptions to the rule are listed in the Product-Specific policy stated below.
  • when the buyer receives the correct product but in a wrong color full, refund is applicable. This does not apply to the color differences due to the display settings of a buyer’s monitor.
  • when one product is missing from the order, full refund is applicable. Alternatively, a new order can be processed for the item.
  • when it is confirmed that the courier lost a package, a buyer will receive either a refund or a new product.
  • when a shipped product is damaged or defective a full refund or replacement of a product is available. If the damage was done in the process of shipping, the buyer needs to contact Customer Service and provide photos of the defective package together with the proof of damage documentation. A buyer can choose to reject the package in front of the courier should he find that it is damaged. In that case, GroupsGet will send a new item at once.

30-day money back guarantee

A buyer has 30 days to return an item. The item can be accepted solely if proof of purchase is attached to it alongside with the RA form (return authorization) provided by us through an email.

An item has to be in its original package, unbroken when possible.

The costs of handling and return post are at buyer’s expense.

GroupsGet determines the refund method. Original shipping costs are a part of refund.

GroupsGet does not offer refund/exchange for certain products, due to their nature, including underwear and adult products, regardless of the circumstances.

30-day money back guarantee not applicable

When a non-broken/ broken product is returned within a warranty period, it can still be rejected when:

  • there is a mistake with placing an order that a buyer didn’t rectify within 24 hours
  • there is a mistake regarding the size of the item, when the size chart is included in the description
  • when 30 days have passed
  • when the order was placed using a coupon that GroupsGet provided

GroupsGet has to preauthorize a return by sending a buyer an email with an RA form. A copy of the RA form has to be included in a return package together with proof of purchase.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

A product has to be in a reasonably good condition with original package together with all the accessories when the item in question is a broken one.

Warranty Policy

The product description specifies clearly whether the warranty policy belongs to the manufacturer or GroupsGet. If the warranty is manufacturer’s, then all enquires have to be conducted with them. In case GroupsGet offers the warranty for a specific product, it is a back-to-base warranty.

When there is a warranty claim, all the shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, except when a product is DOA ( dead on arrival) or damaged due to our incorrect handling, provided that DOA product is returned within 7 days of the initial shipping.

If DOA product is proven to be working, the same product will be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.

In case GroupsGet does not receive a DOA product within 7 days from the initial shipping, the product is seen as a normal warranty product.

GroupsGet defines what type of warranty is provided for a specific produc: exchange, repair or refund.

In case the product has been broken due to a misuse or normal wear and tear, the warranty is not applicable.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.
